Vision of an aspiring NYC hotelier

I was reading the August edition of Wired Magazine and came across a fascinating article about a new restaurant concept called LYFE Kitchen.  The day has finally come that a fresh, healthy, affordable, and convenient “fast-food” concept breathes.  I usually dedicate this blog to hotels but I am making an exception to LYFE Kitchen because I have always dreamed of the day when I can go out and find healthy and affordable food delivered at the speed of a McDonald’s (Subway really doesn’t count).  The concept just launched its first store in Palo Alto, California not too long ago and is already developing buzz throughout the country.  LYFE Kitchen is also making a line of grocery store products which use the same recipes as their free-standing restaurant.  I am very excited about the LYFE Kitchen brand and hope to hear more great news about this company in the upcoming years.  To learn more about LYFE Kitchen visit their website at: http://www.lyfekitchen.com/index.aspx.
